Like other artists and craftsmen, at any given moment I harbor a myriad of ideas for a new creation. Some old flames with lingering appeal, some recent acquaintances that have whetted my interest, others spur-of-the-moment whimsical brainstorms. How does one ride herd on all these possibilities and choose one project to the postponement of the others? I don’t know. I’ve never figured it out. Yet, amazingly, one idea will always take center stage in my mind’s eye, become a clear winner, and commandeer my passion and excitement ... a new project is born!
